YMCA Belize Mission:

The YMCA Belize Mission is to build stronger children, families and communities in mind body and spirit. (ymcabelize.org)

Coding Club Objectives:

The objectives of the club were to introduce students to the fundamentals of basic coding using the Scratch platform. The program was designed to help them improve critical thinking skills and develop techniques to establish efficient structures for teamwork.

Project Year 2022 – Ebenezer Methodist School Code Club

Dates: October 22, 2022 – June 23, 2023

Launched Code Club at Ebenezer Methodist School

Students were introduced to coding using Scratch. Students created animation and computer games and also built and code a robot.
